L’Occitane Announces 2023 Q3 Results

Group experiences solid growth driven by Sol de Janeiro and ELEMIS.

L’Occitane International announced its unaudited quarterly update for the period ending December 31, 2023. 
 
The Group maintained solid growth in sales, with an overall growth of 19.9%. L’Occtaine reported growth was driven by outperformance of Sol de Janeiro and decent performance from ELEMIS. 
 
Sol de Janeiro maintained sales growth of 199.1% at constant rates. Across all geographies, the brand saw triple-digit growth driven by the holiday season. Sol de Janeiro took advantage of holiday shopping with travel sets as well as new scent collections.
 
ELEMIS saw double-digit growth of 12% at constant rates. In the U.K. and U.S., the brand grew 23.2% and 19.4%, respectively. In 2023 ELEMIS earned its B Corp Certification rating that helped the brand gain momentum.
